Poster sessions will occur on Monday and Tuesday evenings starting at 7:40 PM (right after dinner). Please check the Poster List on the schedule/abstract page to find your poster number and the session your poster is scheduled for.

The Texas Quantum Institute is generously sponsoring a Distinguished Poster Prize for up to four posters. A panel of judges will determine the poster prize recipients with announcements on Wednesday afternoon. Poster prize winners will receive a cash award and can present a contributed talk on their work in the Hot Topics session Thursday night.

The space available for each poster is 4 feet wide by 6 feet tall. Please make sure your poster fits inside this space. Posters can be mounted for the duration of the conference, not just your session.
